On this episode, the Mercer Co. Sheriff’s Dept. is seeking the owner of a pistol discovered by a 4 year old playing in their front yard. Then, a federal court has asked for the legal opinion of the WV Supreme Court as to whether or not 3 big pharmaceutical companies could be held liable due to meeting the definition of a “public nuisance”.
