On this episode, the local armory in Brushfork is receiving funds for an upgrade that will allow it to function as a training site that’s well-suited for emulating nightmare post-apocalyptic scenarios. WV Gov. Jim Justice has vetoed a bill that would have provided easy exemptions from WV’s vaccine requirements for students. Finally, I spoke with J.P. Marinus (Owner – Downtown Merchants) about their new monthly Open Mic Nights and why they felt it was important for the community. We also talked about how the shop works, all the different vendors they have, and the importance of building community.
