Then, controversy has engulfed a southern WV store after the internet lit up about what the store called “Garden Girls”, bit have been known elsewhere as “Mammy Dolls”. Finally, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that a trans-girl can still compete on their track & field team, but stopped short of overturning WV’s law in question.
