On this episode, we had our monthly Meeting with the Managers and this time, Cecil Marson was out of commission so we were happy to welcome Felicia Holcomb to fill in for him, along with Andrew Hanson (Town Manager - Bluefield, VA) who advocated for the replacement to be a permanent one. We discussed Centennial Celebrations, Parks, Playgrounds, The Beaver - Graham game, the fountain in Bluefield, VA and a whole lot more.
